WITHDRAWABLE INVESTMENT NOTES

CURRENT INVESTMENT RATES March 21, 2023

*Interest rates are fixed for the term of the Withdrawable Investment Note. The percentage rates shown in this rate sheet are the per annum interest rates offered by COGF as of November 29, 2022. These rates are subject to change at any time by the issuance of a new rate sheet.

**Investors may redeem a Withdrawable Investment Note prior to maturity, without penalty, by submitting a written re-quest at least 90 days in advance of the requested redemption date, provided that (i) for one-year notes, an early re-demption will not be made during the first six months of the initial term or any renewal term and (ii) for three-year notes, an early redemption will not be made during the first year of the initial term or any renewal term."
