OUR STORY
Since 2001, The Church of God Foundation has been engaged in serving the church as a financial services ministry. We work to establish strategic partnerships with generous donors and skilled professionals in order to help increase the impact of local church ministries across the United States and around the world.Our team members are well trained and ready to assist churches in a variety of ways. We want to help our church family to release the potential of generosity to resource the Great Commission. With God’s grace and strong partnerships, we believe that we can help facilitate the expansion of God’s Kingdom on a global level.
OUR PRESIDENT
T. Dwight Spivey, President
Beginning his full-time ministry in 1972, Bishop Spivey served as an evangelist, youth minister, senior pastor, district youth director, and district bishop as well as being appointed to regional and international boards and committees. He pastored for 20 years in Maryland, Delaware, and Southern Ohio. Since 1992, he has been appointed to numerous state and international leadership positions.
OUR SUPPORT TEAM
EMMA OGLE, Corporate Secretary
Mrs. Ogle graduated from Lee University with her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in July of 2021. From 2021 to 2022 she was a Housing Support Specialist for an Emergency Response Center at WillowBend Farms, a nonprofit for human trafficking survivors in Cleveland, Tennessee. She began working for COGF in September of 2022. Emma and her husband, Logan Ogle, also serve as the youth pastors at Redemption Point Church in Ooltewah.
DEREK TURNER, Loan Support Specialist
Mr. Turner graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2010. From 2011 to 2022 he was in private practice in Kentucky before moving to Cleveland, Tennessee with his wife Bailey, and their three daughters. He began working for the COGF in October of 2023.

The Church of God Foundation is blessed by the oversight of a board of directors comprised of highly qualified, experienced leaders in ministry, finance and higher education. The Foundation board is appointed by the International Executive Committee of the Church of God, and selected with the expertise of each member in mind. Our board members have prayerfully accepted the great responsibility of making certain that the Foundation wisely stewards the assets it has been given, and that every generous gift is distributed in accordance with our mission and the wishes of the donors we serve.
